1. The service

TipKing is a free football prediction game, operated by Michal Kubiče as a private individual, not a company. You predict match results, collect points and compete on leaderboards, either globally or in private leagues with people you invite.

2. No gambling

TipKing is not a betting or gambling service. No real money is wagered, deposited, won or paid out. Points and rankings have no monetary value.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account or an e-mail address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, manipulate scoring or harass other players.

4. Fair play

Automated tipping, exploiting bugs and creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage are not allowed.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. Match data comes from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
