TipKing is operated by Michal Kubiče as a private individual, not a company. For any privacy question or request, see the contact section below.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name, e-mail address and avatar from Google sign-in, or the e-mail address you register with.
• Game data: your tips, points, league memberships and leaderboard positions.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. What we use it for

Only to run the game: signing you in, scoring your tips, showing leaderboards and notifying you about matches if you opt in. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website stores only your language preference in your browser's local storage. The app uses cookies strictly required for signing in and keeping your session. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

5. Where your data lives

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers inside the EU/US under standard contractual safeguards. Match data comes from third-party sports data providers and contains no personal data about you.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the game.
